Every part of the Villa offers a peaceful and relaxing ambience especially as the incredible sunsets fill the house with Africa’s warm colours.
The sunny kitchen with skylight is fully equipped including a breakfast bar, underfloor heating, chrome 5-pit gas stove, marble surfaces, and modern chrome appliances. Fantastic open flow from kitchen to dining to lounge. The main lounge is on the ground floor with fireplace, leading onto the garden and pool. The second lounge is on the first floor and is very spacious with high ceilings, entertainment bar, lounge suite and large flat-screen TV. French doors are leading onto the huge wooden deck veranda with most amazing sea and mountain views.

The downstairs living area and the Boutique Suite open onto a beautiful large solar heated beach pool which is wrapped in a huge balau wooden deck complimented by tropical plants, creating a wonderful private and sheltered space with outdoor benches, comfortable sun loungers, and a fabulous hammock to relax in…. for a perfect holiday. The pool has an optional pool fence for toddlers who can’t swim.
The large and fully enclosed private garden offers a safe and sheltered play area for children and pets. Pets are accommodated on request. The established lawned garden is accessible from the pool area and has plenty of shade for a picnic under the trees. At the entrance to the villa there is an indigenous garden and a large parking area behind a remote controlled security gate.
The villa has an enormous upstairs double volume lounge with high beamed ceiling. The lounge offers a large bar, a flat-screen Smart TV and a DVD player.
The upstairs lounge and bedroom open onto a large deck that is not only a wonderful spot for bird watching, but has amazing panoramic views of Noordhoek beach, Chapman’s Peak Mountain, Noordhoek valley and the surrounding nature reserves. Spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from the deck, but also from the upstairs lounge and bedroom.
The spacious downstairs living area has large concertina doors opening onto the outside wooden deck and pool area, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living experience. The lounge has large comfortable sofas around an open fireplace which comes into its own in the romantic Noordhoek winter evenings.
The villa has a delightful open plan kitchen which is ideal for those who enjoy cooking. The sunny kitchen with skylight is spacious and fully equipped with breakfast bar, under floor heating, chrome 5-pit gas stove, double oven, large fridge with freezer, marble kitchen surfaces, espresso and cappuccino machine, microwave and chrome appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area, which is decorated in a modern minimalist style and looks onto the pool area. Beautiful decorative lamps and indigenous African masks on the wall enhance the atmosphere for big family meals or a romantic candlelit dinner.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have quality beds and hotel quality bed linen, feather down duvets, pillows and plenty of wardrobe space. We provide hairdryers and heaters.
Please note there's an additional overflow room with two beds for children or staff.
The unique master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. A king size bed is set into a unique custom made walk through cupboard which is a feature of the house. The master bedroom has large doors opening onto the downstairs deck and pool area and garden.
This en-suite bathroom is luxuriously large with a double shower, double basin and a large bath. The double shower has a large mosaic designer wall. High ceilings and a curved window add to the spacious feel of this bathroom. The bathroom has under floor heating for the colder winter days. All bathrooms have quality bath towels. Bath soap products are provided for the guest’s comfort.
This spacious bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed extra length and high ceilings with exposed rafters. Through a set of concertina doors you can step out onto the large wooden balcony and take in the impressive sea and mountain views.
A walk through wardrobe leads you into the modern bathrom with two basins, a toilet and a large shower.
The Family Suite is a completely separated unit on the ground floor. It offers two spacious bedrooms, equipped with a queen size bed and twin beds.
