Rates are subject to season and are calculated per night based on a 4 person occupation. They include water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet access. Three cleanings weekly are included for your leisure. For each additional person an extra charge applies. Children 6 years old and younger stay for free.
A deposit of 50% of the total bill secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. A 5000 ZAR, 300 EUR or 250 GBP breakage deposit is due on arrival and an idemnity form is to be signed. The breakage deposit shall be refunded on your departure if all is in order.
