The Beach Villa

Noordhoek Beach Villa in Cape Town is an exceptionally spacious 4-bedroom villa with sea and mountain views and a large solar-heated beach pool. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests in a stylish, light-flooded and family-friendly space on a self-catering basis. High ceilings, generous windows and large doors create a wonderful indoor-outdoor living experience. Trendy and luxurious, the villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and offers a large fully enclosed garden. Children are welcome! Pets are allowed on special request.

Enjoy the open-plan stylish living areas that flow from the large new kitchen with its central island through to the living rooms and, via three generous double doors, straight onto the deck and outdoor kitchen. Soak up the sun beside the pool or relax in the almost tropical garden setting that surrounds it. Every part of the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing ambience, especially as the incredible sunsets fill the house with Africa’s warm colours.

The villa is ideal for large families or several couples. Noordhoek Beach Villa has a Solar System with Backup Batteries, so loadshedding is a thing of the past!

Pool and Garden / Outdoors

The downstairs living area and the Boutique Suite open onto a beautiful large solar-heated beach pool, wrapped in generous wooden decks and complemented by lush tropical planting (palms, yuccas and succulents). This creates a wonderful private and sheltered space with outdoor seating, comfortable sun loungers and space to relax. An optional pool safety fence is available for families with young children.

The large and fully enclosed private garden offers a safe and sheltered play area with plenty of lawn for children and pets to run and play. The established garden is accessible from the pool area and provides both sunny spots and shade. At the entrance to the villa there is an indigenous garden and ample off-street parking behind a remote-controlled security gate.

The outdoor kitchen with sink, gas grill and charcoal braai is perfectly positioned for effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Kitchen & Outdoor-Kitchen

The heart of the villa is the large, newly designed open-plan kitchen with its generous central island. It is exceptionally well equipped for a large household and serious cooking: fully automatic coffee machine, kitchen machine, two ovens, double-door fridge, gas hob and plenty of storage. Large windows and three generous double doors open the kitchen completely to the outdoor kitchen and decks, flooding the space with light and creating a true indoor-outdoor feel. The sunny, modern kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining.

Upstairs Living Area

The villa has a spacious upstairs living area with high ceilings. It offers comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and a large bar. It opens onto a large deck with panoramic views of Noordhoek Beach, Chapman’s Peak, the valley and the surrounding nature reserves. Spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic can be enjoyed from the deck as well as from the upstairs living area and bedroom.

Downstairs Living Area

The spacious downstairs living area features comfortable sofas and large doors that open onto the wooden deck and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have quality beds, hotel-quality linen, feather-down duvets, pillows and generous wardrobe space. Hairdryers and heaters are provided.

Boutique Suite

The unique master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. A king-size bed is set into a custom-made walk-through wardrobe – a feature of the house. Large doors open directly onto the downstairs deck, pool area and garden. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a double shower, double basin and large bath, with high ceilings, underfloor heating and quality towels and bath products.

Sea View Suite

This spacious upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed (extra length) and high ceilings. Concertina doors open onto the large wooden balcony with impressive sea and mountain views. A walk-through wardrobe leads to the modern bathroom with two basins, toilet and large shower.

Family Suite

The Family Suite is a completely separated unit on the ground floor. It offers two spacious bedrooms (queen-size bed and twin beds) that share an en-suite family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. Ideal for families who want their own private zone.
