Our rates are for the rental of the whole house on a self-catering basis and may vary depending on season, number of people and duration of stay. Feel free to enquire for long stays and last minute specials.
Rate Guideline:
December to January: From R3500 – R5000 per night
October to April: From R2500 – R4000 per night
May to September: From R1500 – R3000 per night
May to September (winter long let): From R25000 per month
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a signed lease agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The 50% balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival. Rates include 3 days cleaning service per week (additional cleaning available on request) and all linen and towels are provided.
