Noordhoek Beach Villa offers the perfect environment for those that enjoy style, space and relaxation both inside and outside at the pool. The villa offers various great entertainment areas for a ‘braai’ (barbeque) or a ‘sundowner’ - the Capetonian tradition of watching the sun dip into the sea at the end of the day with loved ones and a fine glass of local wine.

THE POOL AREA

The downstairs living area and master bedroom opens onto a beautiful large solar heated beach pool which is wrapped in a huge balau wooden deck complimented by tropical plants, creating a wonderful private and sheltered space with outdoor benches, comfortable sun loungers, and a fabulous hammock to relax in.... for a perfect holiday. The pool has an optional pool fence for toddlers who can’t swim.

THE BALCONY

The upstairs lounge and bedroom open onto a large deck that offers spectacular panoramic views of Noordhoek beach, Chapman’s Peak Mountain, Noordhoek valley and the surrounding nature reserves. Spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed every evening from the upstairs lounge, bedroom and deck. The deck is also a wonderful spot for bird watching.

THE GARDEN

The villa has a fully enclosed private garden offering a safe and sheltered play area for children and pets. Pets are accommodated on request. The established lawned garden is accessible from the pool area and has a jungle gym, and plenty of shade for a picnic under the trees. At the entrance to the villa there is an indigenous garden and a large parking area behind a remote controlled security gate.
